Dr. Rupal Agarwal, Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Board and Trustee of Help U Educational & Charitable Trust has earned a Doctorate in English Literature & has been industriously active in the field of education and social welfare for the past many years.

Dr. Rupal Agarwal reckons that “The most valuable & precious of all assets is education & only education, nothing else. Only education can empower & enable one to follow one’s dreams & achieve anything in the world. Only an educated society can foster a progressive & a developed nation.”

The commendable work of Dr. Rupal Agarwal in the field of social welfare and women empowerment has been recognized by various esteemed organizations and she has also been nominated as the member of Internal Complaint Committee of Bank of India for the period of three years for prevention, prohibition and redressal ‎of saxual harrasment of women at work place and a Patron of Revant Magazine: A Literary and Cultural Magazine for doing outstanding work in the field of Literature and Culture.

Dr. Rupal Agarwal, via Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, has been striving towards making India a developed nation by making an all-out & heroic effort to remove all the superstitions & evils in the society. She has played an instrumental role in organizing awareness & educational campaigns & programmes for children, including programmes for their physical development and abolition of child labour.
