Join us, make a difference In April 2012, Help U Educational & Charitable Trust was officially registered in Lucknow by a young and dynamic businessman Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal to fulfill the dream of his Grand Father Late Radhey Shyam Agarwal ji. He aimed to eradicate poverty and all forms of Human Sufferings and thereby bringing a change in the society through creating awareness amongst the masses. Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal with the support of his mother Smt. Kiran Agarwal and wife Dr. Rupal Agarwal laid the foundation of the Trust and in a very short span of 3 years Help U Trust has become a known name in the field of social welfare in Lucknow District.
Trust has got registration under section 12A & 80G of the Income tax Act, 1961 w.e.f 1st April 2014 and 9th August 2016 respectively , thus indicating general confidence in the Trust’s affairs.
To work for the promotion & welfare of the weaker section of the society and eradicate all forms of Human sufferings. Help U also aims to create awareness among the masses about evils of the society and promote Indian culture and tradition.
Help U envisions a vigilant, safe, and secure society, especially for women and children, by raising awareness through cultural programs. We strive to eradicate social evils and uplift weaker sections, moving from welfare to development.
Managing and working as a Non-Profit Organization is a challenging task with a rapid changing demands and needs of society but our Trust is determined to work for the welfare of the poor and destitute. In the leadership of our Managing Trustee Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal and under the guidance of our Chairperson Smt. Kiran Agarwal we are striving towards the achievement of our goals. We are trying to mobilize hard to come by resources and its optimum utilization for the benefit of the society and fulfillment of the objects of the Trust.
Smt. Kiran Agarwal, Chairperson of Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, lives by the motto “Actions speak louder than words.” With unwavering dedication, she strives to uplift the poor and homeless by providing basic amenities and organizing awareness programs. She firmly believes that true national development begins with societal progress.
Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal, Managing Trustee of Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, is a successful entrepreneur, a member of the UP Film Development Council, and Joint Secretary of Age Care India. A man of integrity, he believes that failures are stepping stones to success and one must never fear trying.
With a vision to bring positive change, he founded Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, striving to reshape societal mindsets for national progress. “A nation’s image changes only when society embraces progress.”
Dr. Rupal Agarwal, Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Board, holds a Doctorate in English Literature and has been dedicated to education and social welfare for years. She believes that education is the key to empowerment and a progressive nation.
Recognized for her work in social welfare and women empowerment, she serves on the Internal Complaint Committee of Bank of India and is a Patron of Revant Magazine. Through Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, she actively fights social evils like child labor, female foeticide, and illiteracy, leading awareness and educational campaigns to build a better future.

Promotion of rich cultural heritage, art, cinema, literature of our country and spreading awareness on social and educational issues by means of cultural programmes art, cinema, Literature and Theatre etc.
