Free Health Services given by us

Under the theme of "Healthy India, Empowered India," a 'Dental Checkup and Awareness Camp' and a 'Homeopathic Consultation, Diagnosis, and Medicine Distribution Camp' were organized jointly by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust and Children's Palace, Lucknow, at Children's Palace, Municipal Nursery School, 122 Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow. Approx 150 children got benefitted with this camp. Shri Brajesh Pathak Ji, Honble Deputy Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh was present as Chief Guest at the Camp.
On the occasion of World AIDS Day 2024, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, in collaboration with Rana Homeo Clinic, organized a "Free Homeopathic Consultation, Diagnosis, and Medicine Distribution Camp" at Balaganj Chauraha, Lucknow. Approx 144 patients got benefited with this camp.

Under the inspiration of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust has been organizing “Free Homeopathy Consultation and Medicine Distribution Camp” every month in Lucknow to provide health benefits to underprivileged and downtrodden. We have been conducted 14 Homeopathic Camps till now and approx 1500 patients have been benefited with the Camp. We are so much thankful to Dr. Sanjay Kumar Rana (Homeopathic Consultant) for his valuable time and support.
On the occasion of 72th birthday of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Help U Educational & Charitable Trust in association with Shekher Hospital, Indira Nagar, Lucknow organized “Free Health Check Up Camp” at Indira Nagar, Lucknow. In this camp, approx. 100 patients were checked and given free medication.

Blood Donation is one of the most significant contributions that a person can make towards the society. The contribution becomes a need of the hour considering that our country faces a shortage of over one million units of blood needed for various medical emergencies like surgeries, child birth and lifesaving transfusion every year. We believe that the standing by a person in need of blood is one of the foremost human obligation to achieve for which we have been organizing Blood Donation camps from time to time. We also organize these camps on World Aids Day, International Thalassemia Day, International Blood Donor Day etc. We are so much thankful to all our volunteers for supporting us in helping the society and hope that in future, they will stand by our side for the service of mankind.
With the inspiration of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Help U Educational & Charitable Trust in association with Chest Care and Research Society organized “Free Tele Consultation on Asthma” on World Asthma Day 2022. Dr Rajendra Prasad, member of Internal Committee of the Trust, Former Director, Ballabh Bhai Patel Chest Institute, Delhi, Former HOD, Pulmonary Medicne, KGMU, Lucknow provided free consultation to asthma patients and also advised them how to prevent from this disease.
The Trust donated Tricycle to a disabled person to make his life eaiser because we believe in supporting the needy and downtrodden.
The Trust has also provided free nutritious food kits to TB patients (Kids) at Department of Paediatrics, KGMU.
Air pollution is not good for our lungs and it is quite mandatory to keep the atmosphere clean to sustain our lungs healthy. Help U Trust has been organizing Free TB Awareness and Consultation Camp from time to time in association with Chest Care and Research Society and UP TB Association.
The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. We have been organizing Free Yoga Camps from time to time for helping people to transcend the self and attain enlightenment.
We organized Eye Checkup, Cancer Checkup and Blood Donation Camp at Chikitak@24, Jankipuram, Lucknow for providing free health services to poor and needy. People donated blood voluntarily for the sake of human life.
We distributed free Health Cards to poor and needy so that they can live a healthy life.
