Environmental Awareness Programmes

  • Under the Tree Plantation Campaign 2025, led by the esteemed Prime Minister of India, Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi Ji, and the respected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Hon’ble Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0” program at the Trust’s Indira Nagar office.
  • Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized a special public awareness program at Sector-17, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, on the occasion of International Plastic Bag Free Day, to promote the “Plastic-Free Uttar Pradesh” campaign.

  • On the occasion of World Earth Day 2025, a Tree Plantation and Poster Competition was organized jointly by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust and Saraswati Vidyalaya Kanya Inter College at Saraswati Vidyalaya Kanya Inter College, Narhi, Lucknow.

  • On World Energy Conservation Day 2024, various competitions were jointly organized by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust and Mamta Saraswati Balika Vidya Mandir, Chinhat, Lucknow.

  • Under the inspiration of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, and as part of Swachhata Pakhwada – Swachhata Hi Seva 2024, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, in collaboration with the Lucknow Bar Association and Amity University, Lucknow Campus, organized a Shramdaan for Cleanliness program at the Lucknow Bar Association.

  • On World Nature Conservation Day 2024, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, in collaboration with Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan Girls’ Degree College, organized an awareness programme “Save Environment, Save Life” at the college premises.

  • On World Water Week 2024, an awareness program titled “Water is Life” was organized by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust under the “Save the Environment, Save Life” campaign at Sai Public Inter College, Neelamatha, Lucknow.

  • On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2024, an awareness program titled “Clay Idol – Nature’s Protection” was organized by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust under the theme “Save the Environment, Save Life” at Saraswati Balika Inter College, Ishwar Puri, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.

  • Under the Plastic-Free Uttar Pradesh campaign, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized an awareness campaign titled “Remove Plastic, Save the Environment” on the occasion of International Plastic Bag Free Day 2024. The campaign was conducted from Munshi Pulia Chauraha to Munshi Pulia Metro Station, Indira Nagar.

  • In the context of Swachhata Hi Seva 2023, inspired by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, a Shramdaan for Cleanliness program was organized by the Income Tax Department, Lucknow, as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti at Shri Khatu Shyam Mandir and Goshala, Birbal Sahni Marg, Lucknow. The occasion was graced by Shri Brajesh Pathak, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Sushma Kharkwal, Hon’ble Mayor of Lucknow, and Shri Devinder Singh Chaudhary, Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, U.P. (East), Lucknow. Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, along with 80 Shramsainiks, participated in the cleanliness programme.

  • On World Nature Conservation Day 2023, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust and Navyug Radiance Senior Secondary School jointly organized an Art Exhibition and Award Ceremony. In this programme, girls created beautiful posters on nature and appealed to all to conserve it.

  • Following the directions of the Plastic-Free Uttar Pradesh campaign initiated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized an awareness campaign titled “Remove Plastic, Save Environment” for public welfare on the occasion of International Plastic Bag Free Day.

  • On World Water Day 2023, Shri Shamim Akhtar from U.P. Jal Nigam shared his valuable views on the importance of saving water.

  • On World Earth Day 2023, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized a Tree Plantation Programme at Ramayana Park, Sector-25, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. Founder Trustee Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal, Trustee Dr. Rupal Agarwal, residents of Sector-25 including Dr. S. Srivastava, Dr. A. Tripathi, Mr. Surendra Singh Negi, and Mr. K.P. Sharma, along with Trust volunteers, planted hibiscus, sahvinni, peacock feather, and beliya plants in the park and appealed for environmental conservation.

  • On World Environment Day 2024, a painting competition was organized by the Trust at Shri Baneshwar Mahadev Mandir, Sector-21, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. Winners were felicitated with trophies and certificates.

  • On World Sparrow Day 2024, members of the Trust took a pledge to save sparrows.

  • During World Water Week 2024, a debate competition on “Conservation of Water Resources is the Government’s Responsibility” was organized by the Trust at Loyola International School, Badshah Nagar, Lucknow.

  • On World River Day 2023, an online talk show with Shri Krishna Nand Rai, environmentalist, was conducted.

  • To raise awareness about sparrow conservation, members of the Trust placed sparrow nests on trees and appealed to all to protect the birds.

  • On National Energy Conservation Day 2022, members of the Trust took an oath to save energy to protect the environment and human life.

  • On World Water Week 2022, under the theme “Seeing the Unseen: The Value of Water”, the Trust organized an awareness programme “Save Water, Save Life”. Volunteers distributed pamphlets across the city, and intellectuals shared valuable insights about the limited sources of clean water.

  • On World Biofuel Day 2022, Dr. Sudhir Mehrotra, Professor of Biochemistry, Lucknow University, shared his valuable views on “Biofuel: Possibilities and Challenges” through a video message.

  • With the motto “Karenge Sang, Plastic Pradushan Se Jung”, volunteers and members of the Trust launched the campaign “Say No to Single-Use Plastic” on International Plastic Bag Free Day 2022. Members visited various shops and showrooms, creating awareness about the harmful effects of single-use plastics. Shopkeepers praised the Trust’s efforts and pledged to avoid polythene use.

  • For the past 10 years, members of the Trust have actively planted saplings across the city. On World Environment Day 2022, approximately 500 Tulsi plants were distributed to Lucknowites, with an appeal to save trees and plants for environmental protection.

  • Founder Trustee Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal and Trustee Dr. Rupal Agarwal actively participated in Hon’ble Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji’s Vriksharopan Jan Andolan 2022 and planted a Gulmohar tree at the Trust office.

  • The Trust conducted a Save Water Awareness Programme at Swarn Smriti Vihar Park, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, from 10.04.2018 to 25.06.2019.

  • Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized a Swachhta Abhiyan in Indira Nagar, Dalibagh, and Vikas Nagar areas of Lucknow on 25.06.2018, 26.06.2018, and 27.06.2018.

  • The Trust also conducted a rally and street play on the theme “Swachh and Swasth Bharat” to spread awareness about cleanliness.
