- On the occasion of World Health Day 2024, “Basic Life Support” workshop was organized by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust at Ramayana Park, Sector-25, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The workshop was attended by Dr. Piyali Bhattacharya, Advisor, Dr. Nirmala Joshi, President, Dr. Amit Kumar Rastogi, Vice President and Dr. Utkarsh Bansal, Secretary, Lucknow Academy of Pediatrics. They trained the residents of Sector 25 on the first aid to be given to a patient in case of a heart attack.
- On the occasion of World Maleria Day, Dr S K Srivastava, Senior Consultant Physician, shared his views on symptoms and medication of the disease.
- On the occasion of World Hemophilia Day, Dr Pallavi Rani, Associate Consultant (Blood Centre), Transfusion Medicine, Sahara Hospital shared her views on Hemophilia.
- On World Mental Health Day 2023, a seminar titled "Our Minds, Our Rights" was organized jointly by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust and Career Convent College, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. Dr. Shipra Shrivastava, an Ayurveda Doctor and Art of Living Yoga Instructor, along with Vandana Tribhuvan Singh, an Expert in Leadership Communication and Image Management, enlightened students about the negative impacts of mental stress and strategies on their overall health and also suggested how to cope up with them.
- Under the Vishwa jal saptah, a debate competition and award distribution program was organized jointly by Help U Educational and Charitable Trust and Loyola International School. This program was held at Loyola International School, Mahanagar, Lucknow.
- Under the blood donation awareness campaign, Help U Educational and Charitable Trust organized the "Help U Sanjeevani Hanuman Bhajan Sandhya" at Omex Residency-1, Saraswan, Arjunganj, Gomti Nagar, Extension, Sector-7, Lucknow. In the bhajan sandhya, Pradeep Saxena, Akanksha Singh, and Swati Rizvi captivated the hearts of devotees with their soulful renditions of popular devotional songs, instilling faith and devotion within them.
- On World No Tobacco Day 2023, Prof Suryakant, HOD, Department of Pulmonary Medicine, KGMU, Lucknow shared his views about the ill e ects of consuming tobacco on human health.
- On World Thalassemia Day 2023, Dr Aruna Narain, Former Additional Director, Medical Health & Family Welfare Services, Uttar Pradesh and Dr Yatendra Parashar, Assistant Professor, Department of Hematology, Dr RMLIMS, Lucknow shared their views on Thalassemia.
- On World Asthma Day 2023, Trust conducted an online conversation programme with Dr Rajendra Prasad, Renowned Pulmonarist and Director, Era Medical College, Lucknow. In this programme, Dr Prasad threw light on bad lifestyle of people and its e ect on their overall health.
- On World Health Day 2023, we shared the views of Dr Shashwat Prakash, Consultant Physiotherapist, Physio4U, Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic, on Trustʼs social media platforms. Dr Shashwat told the viewers about the importance of good health for good life.
- Prof Dr Rajendra Prasad, renowned Professor of Pulmonary Medicine, shared his views on World Tuberculosis Day 2023 and told the symptoms and prevention of this deadly disease
- On World Aids Day, we did an Awareness Programme at UHC, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. In this programme, informative pamphlets and red ribbon will be given to all the visitors coming in the hospital and made an appeal to use protection to prevent this disease
- On the occasion of World Physical Therapy Day, Dr Alka Saxena, Acupuncture Specialist, Lucknow shared her valuable views about the benefits of Physical Therapy to relieve pain and boost coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motions

- On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, Help U Trust organized an Online Awareness Programme in which Dr Girish Gupta, Chief Consultant, Gaurang Clinic and Centre for Homeopathic Research made people aware about Hepatitis
- On the eve of National Doctor’s Day, Help U Trust organized an Online Seminar on the topic “Doctors and their self-healing mantras”. In this programme, Dr P K Gupta, Former President (IMA), Dr Ved Prakash (KGMU) and Dr Piyali Bhattacharya (SGPGI) shared their views about the responsibilities of a doctor and his/her mental status/pressure while doing service of mankind
- The Trust organized an online Seminar on the topic “Nasha Arthat Nash” on the occasion of International Day Against Drug Abuse” to create awareness about the harmful e ects of Drugs on human body. In this seminar, Dr Smt SP Jaiswar, KGMU, Dr Virat Verma, Paediatrician and Shri Umashankar Dubey, Journalist gave their valuable views on the topic
- Taking inspiration from Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the Trust organized a programme “Yogabhayas” on the occasion of World Yoga Day. Citizens of the city took part in the programme with great enthusiasm and zeal
- To raise awareness about infectious diseases, the Trust operates an IEC van equipped with comprehensive information about these ailments throughout Lucknow
- Being inspired with Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and following his aim of “Nasha Mukt Bharat”, Help U Educational & Charitable Trust organized an online seminar on the topic “Tobacco: Killer of Our Home, Society and Nation” on “International Anti-Tobacco Day 2022”. In this seminar, the distinguished personalities of the city expressed their concern on growing consumption of tobacco in India and also appealed all to save their lives to say no to Tobacco
- To promote the importance of Breast feeding for a mother and her infant, Help U Educational & Charitable Trust launched an awareness drive “Step Up for Breastfeeding:
- "Educate and Support” on "International Breast feeding Week-2022" (1 September to 7 September). In this programme, the volunteers of the Trust distributed approx. 1000 informative booklet on Benefits of Breastfeeding for lactating mothers and mom-to-be in various government and private hospitals of Lucknow City. The distinguished Gynaecologists of the city also shared their views on the above given topic and helped us in spreading awareness about benefits of breast feeding.
- We conducted Awareness Programme on HIV AIDS in the year 2017-18 and 2018-19 for making people aware about the serious e ects of this deadly disease and also gave information how to be prevented from this disease. We also organised a HIV AIDS awareness programme at various slums of Nirala Nagar and Indira Nagar Area. The aim of the HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme is to empower and increase the awareness of participants, its impact, management and availability of support systems.
- Basic Life Support is a level of medical care which is used for patients with life threatening illnesses or injuries until they can be given full medical care. We organized Workshops on Basic Life Support at di erent places of Lucknow for medical awareness.
- We organized a workshop on “Swine Flu: Be Aware and Be Alert” at National PG College, Lucknow for creating awareness about Swine Flu and its e ect on human health
- We organized a Workshop on Prevention and Cure of Cancer on the occasion of World Cancer Day at National PG College, Lucknow. We discussed about symptoms, Prevention and cure of this deadly disease at the workshop.
- We conducted a workshop on “Malnutrition among Women and Children in India” to make people aware about the ill e ects of malnutrition on human health.
